Yes! Profiteroles for my starter – died and gone to heaven! Fluffy choux pastry balls filled with divine mushroom parfait and kissed with truffle zest – perfectly matched with a dab of deliciously fruity prune sauce.

Andrew's Triple-Jabbed Sirloin Steak Pie

Crisp golden puff pastry brimming with tender morsels of sirloin steak braised in fine red wine. Injected not once, not twice, but THREE TIMES with extra gravy just before serving! Perfect with triple-cooked chips and garden peas.
