Succulent supremely fresh fish expertly seared and served with a classic Catalan salad of frisee, olives, tomatoes and our superb romesco sauce.

Plenty of juicy prawns in Minnies moreish homemade Mary Rose sauce with crisp iceberg, cucumber dice and tasty skinny toasts on the side.

Authentic crispy Mexican corn tortilla loaded with slow-roasted glazed baby pork ribs, mouth-watering Pico de Gallo salsa, Chef’s herby ‘Secret Green Sauce’ and a few lightly pickled red onions. Wow!

Luxurious creamy burrata cheese is the glorious highlight here, accompanied by light ‘n’ fluffy tomato sponge, a rainbow of sunshine tomatoes, basil essence and a gentle touch of balsamic gel.

Buttery dauphinoise-style rainbow stack of potato, sweet potato, carrot, celeriac & butternut squash served with cavolo nero and sweetheart cabbage, flavoured with oodles of silky Gruyère cheese sauce and topped with toasted pumpkin seeds and a tiny pinch of rosemary salt.

Andrew's STONKING Steak Pie

A proper pie. Crisp golden puff pastry bursting with tender steak and rich meaty gravy! Served with crisp fluffy chips & peas.

Ever had this before? Extra-tasty, extra-juicy prime cut of Hampshire pork with tender purple broccoli, bunch carrots, Minnies illegal roasties, stunning chilli pineapple jam and plenty of lovely sauce!

Lemon & Thyme Chicken (GF)

Butterflied breast of chicken marinated overnight in lemon, thyme, rosemary & garlic then roasted ‘til tender, golden & juicy! Served with Minnies illegal roasties, English asparagus, long elegant carrots, petit pois and lots of wonderful sauce.

A perfectly cooked piece of fish with creamy mash, wilted spinach, samphire and our DELICIOUS lemon-caper-parsley dressing.

The butcher’s secret! Definitely chewier than ribeye, but SO MUCH MORE FLAVOUR! Served sliced, medium-rare with crisp fluffy chips, roast vine tomatoes and a classic Béarnaise sauce.
