Yes! Profiteroles for my starter – died and gone to heaven! Fluffy choux pastry balls filled with divine mushroom parfait and kissed with truffle zest – perfectly matched with a dab of deliciously fruity prune sauce.

Delicious homemade waffle, glazed with orange, then jewelled with slinky chicken liver parfait and savoury red wine shallots. Stunning!

No need for a knife with this one: featherblade of beef so tender you can eat it with a spoon, velvety mash, buttered carrots, steakhouse mushroom, cavolo nero and a rich beefy sauce. Oh yes!
